“ANYONE AND EVERYONE CAN BE A HUMANITARIAN”

Being a Humanitarian does not need any educational qualification. Anyone and everyone can be a humanitarian. You don’t need to travel across the nation or globe, you can make a difference wherever you are. As a Humanitarian most importantly is to have the patience to listen to people you serve, persevere in your work even when things get tough and above all focus on giving more than you receive.

Humanitarian work is not for the spotlight or headlines. It is to ease suffering and bring hope to the affected population. In one voice and one heart we can change the world as I borrow the words of Paul Farmer “The idea that some lives matter less is the root of all that is wrong with the world.”
